Diplomas
are retained in the Office of the Registrar for two years
after Convocation. If a student did not attend Convocation,
your diploma can be picked up in person from Student Central, Student Central, Room 1120, Western Student Services Building.
If you
are unable to obtain your diploma in person, then you can
request your diploma to be mailed to you by sending a signed
letter that clearly states:
- your
full name and address (Note: Delivery to a P.O. Box is not possible)
- your daytime phone number
- appartment buzzer code (if applicable)
- student
number
- the
year you graduated (Spring or Fall or in absentia)
- the
degree(s) conferred upon you
The University of Western Ontario utilizes FedEx for diploma mailing. Therefore, all information listed above is necessary for successful receipt of your requested document. The associated costs are $25.00 within Canada and $45.00 outside of Canada. Payment can be made either by cheque or money order payable to The University of Western Ontario, or by Visa or MasterCard.

Replacements
If
your diploma has been lost, damaged or destroyed a
replacement diploma
can be reproduced. In
order to obtain a replacement diploma:

The cost of a replacement Diploma is $42.00 (There is an additional fee of $25 for mailing within Canada and $45 for mailing outside of Canada ), which may be paid by cheque or money order payable to The University of Western Ontario, or by Visa or MasterCard. Printing may take up to 6 weeks from receipt of request.
