WesternONECard Pickup

If you uploaded a photo for your Western ONECard, or had a photo taken in Student Central but did not receive your card, the following information outlines where to pick up your Western ONECard:

Students Living in Residence

You will receive your Western ONECard with your residence move-in package. You will be required to show GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION when you pick up your card. If you do not receive your Western ONECard when you move into your residence, please visit Student Central.

Students Living Off-Campus

You can pick up your Western ONECard from Student Central beginning on FRIDAY, AUGUST 31, 2018. You will be required to show GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION when you pick up your card.

Brescia Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 15, 2018 you can pick up your Western ONECard from Brescia. Western ONECards (student cards) are available for pick up in the first week of September! Students who are living in residence, can pick up their student cards at Brescia on move-in day. Off Campus students can pick up their student cards during the first week of September. A pick up schedule with dates and times will be available in late August!

Huron Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 15, 2018 you can pick up your Western ONECard from Huron. Students who are living in residence, can pick up their student cards at Huron on move-in day. All other first-year students can pick up their card from Huron’s Registrar’s Office the first week of September.

Education Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 15, 2018 you can pick up your Western ONECard from the Faculty of Education.

Law Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 15, 2018 you can pick up your Western ONECard from the Faculty of Law on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.


*Please note: : If you upload your photo from this point forward, your Western ONECard will be available 4 business days after you upload your photo from Student Central.

If you do not wish to upload a photo, please visit Student Central to have your photo taken. Student Central will be open for Photo ID ONLY on:

  • Sunday, September 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
  • Monday, September 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
