WesternONECard Pickup

If you uploaded a photo for your Western ONECard, or had a photo taken in Student Central but did not receive your card, the following information outlines where to pick up your Western ONECard:

Students Living in Residence

You will receive your Western ONECard with your residence move-in package. You will be required to show GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION when you pick up your card. If you do not receive your Western ONECard when you move into your residence, please visit Student Central (click here for Student Central’s location and office hours).

Students Living Off-Campus

You can pick up your Western ONECard from Student Central (click here for Student Central’s location and office hours). You will be required to show GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION when you pick up your card.

Brescia and Huron Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 26, 2012 you can pick up your Western ONECard from your Affiliate University College.

Education Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 27, 2012 you can pick up your Western ONECard from the Faculty of Education.

Medicine Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 27, 2012 your Western ONECard will be available for pick up at your orientation.

Dentistry Students

If you uploaded or had your photo taken prior to August 29, 2012 your Western ONECard will be available for pick up at your orientation.

Please note: If you upload your photo from this point forward, your Western ONECard will be available 4 business days after you upload your photo.

If you do not wish to upload a photo, please visit Student Central to have your photo taken. Click here for Student Central’s location and office hours. In addition to the hours listed, Student Central will be open for Photo ID ONLY on:

  • Sunday, September 2nd from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
  • Monday, September 3rd from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
