New Look for Western ONECard
In keeping with Western’s rebranding, the Office of the Registrar is pleased to announce the redesign of the Western ONECard. This striking new design was created by the Student Services team and will be rolled out at the beginning of July 2012. All new students starting at Western in September 2012 will receive a Western ONECard with the new design.
The existing Western ONECard will remain valid and in circulation and cards with the existing design will not be exchanged for cards with the new design at this time.
While the look of the card is changing, there are no changes to the functionality of the Western ONECard. The Western ONECard continues to serve as official identification on campus (e.g. for exams). You can add money to the Western ONECard for use at a variety of eateries on and off campus including at campus vending machines. The Western ONECard is also used to access the library, Campus Recreation, labs, and other secure areas. Finally, along with their bus pass, the Western ONECard gives full-time students full access to London Transit services. For full-time staff, the Western ONECard is their official ID for keys, swipe building access, library, parking permits and more.
If you have any questions about the Western ONECard please do not hesitate to contact Student Central at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 519-661-2100.
