Check your Adjudication Comments and Intent to Register Results

View your 2024-25 Fall/Winter Grade Report (Student Center > Academics > Academic Program > Grade Report Progression > Grade Report tab for 2024 Fall/Winter). Grade Reports will be generated throughout the summer as progression decisions are received from the faculty. Expect to see your results the week before registration begins for your year.

Review your approved program, year and module (Student Center > Academics > Academic Program) and review your course requirements (available on Draft My Schedule > Degree Requirements). If you are an upper-year student, ensure you follow the Western Calendar for your entry year.

Plan Your Schedule

Research and plan the courses you are interested in taking next year by using Draft My Schedule to create a conflict-free timetable. If you plan to add yourself to a waitlist, ensure you are registered in your backup course and swap yourself onto the waitlist.

Be aware that it is your responsibility to choose courses that ensure you meet all pre-requisite, co-requisite, and anti-requisite requirements for your module. Keep in mind that certain courses have restrictions on registration, so you may not be able to register at the time of your enrolment appointment.

To help you determine what courses you should enrol in, find your module on the Academic Calendar and review the required courses.

Enrolment Appointments

2 to 3 days before the enrolment start dates for your year of study (see Registration Dates below) check your Western e-mail account for information on obtaining your specific enrolment start time.

Your Enrolment Start Time is the first time the online course registration system becomes available to you - this time is not changeable. You can enrol in courses anytime after your enrolment start time, but no earlier.

Get your enrolment start time by logging into your Student Center and navigating to Academics > Course Registration > Enrollment Appointments.

Once your appointment begins, enrol in your courses at your enrollment start time or any time afterwards. You will not be able to enrol in classes prior to your enrollment start time. However, once your enrollment start time has arrived, course registration will remain available until the add/drop deadline in September.
