Student Central Virtual Services
The Office of the Registrar, including Student Central, is operating virtually to serve you. You can reach us through our Virtual Helpline, we want to answer your questions! We will be responding to inquiries within 1 business day.
Remember that the following services are always available online.
- Transcripts – through your Student Center
- Official Western Letters – through your Student Center
- Tuition Payments – through your Bank

Official Western Letters
Students can order Verification of Enrollment Letters for most programs through their Student Center and receive them by email immediately.
All other Official Western Letters (i.e. VISA Letters, Post-grad Work Permit Letters, Degree Awarded Letters, etc.) can be ordered online and mailed to the address provided. For more information, visit: Official Western Letters
Updated 24th March 2020: While the Office of the Registrar is operating virtually, Official Western Letter orders will not be processed. You can continue to request official letters online and we will process your request(s) as soon as possible once we reopen.
Students can continue to request Transcripts online through their Student Center and have them mailed to the address provided. For more information, visit: Transcripts

Tuition payments can be made online through all major Canadian banks. Please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to arrive and post to you Detailed Statement of Account, found in your Student Center. Information on paying tuition online.
