Upcoming dates to keep in mind:
- December 22: Last day of the mid-year exam period
- December 23: Western is closed for the holiday break
- December 30: Last day to add your SIN to your Student Center for tax form processing
- January 5: Western reopens for second term; undergraduate classes resume
- December 13: Last day to add or drop a Winter 12-week course. Courses dropped by this date will not appear on a transcript. Courses dropped after this date will appear on a transcript with a grade of ‘WDN’ (withdrawn, without academic penalty
Student Central and the Office of the Registrar will be closed for the holidays ❄️
The office will close December 22 at 4:00PM and reopen for regular business hours on Monday, January 5 at 10AM.
